Our building was constructed in 1999 and is located near the foul pole line on Waveland Ave next to the fire station. The angle from left field allows for an incredible view of the field and the historic score board. The rooftop is equipped with an elevator, bleachers, staffed bar, caterer and 2 large clean restrooms.

1. When can we enter the rooftop? You will be allowed onto the rooftop 30 minutes before game time.



2. Does the price include food and drink? Yes, all food and beverage is included with price.



3. What if it rains? The rain policy is listed in the contract. We will have some rain shelter, but it is wise to have rain gear on those rainy days as you would in the ball park.



4. Can we bring our own food and beverage? No, the rooftop will provide catered food and beverage which is included in the price.
   
   
5. Is there parking available? The rooftop does not provide parking.



6. Is there a deposit to reserve a rooftop? Yes, We require full payment up front at the time of booking with a signed contract.
